Enzyme-3XL

Enzyme-3XL is a new generation genetically modified neutral Cellulase which is tolerant with wide pH and lower temperature; it’s designed for easy textile applications such as fabrics or garment bio-polishing and denim stone washing with better anti-back staining effect.
Enzyme-3XL makes the combination of bio-polishing and dyeing in one bath practicable to save time and energy .

pH: 4.8 – 5.5
Odor: Slight fermentation odor

Applications
Enzyme-3XL is suitable for bio-polish finishing (i.e. softening, surface fiber removal, depilling) of various types of cellulosic fabrics and garments. Bio-polishing can be arranged either before or after dyeing, or even in the dyeing process depending on the desired effects.
Typical Bio-polishing Conditions
Equipment: Overflow, winch, jet dyeing machines or laundry washer.
Dosage: 0.2-0.3% o.w.f , 0.3% is recommended
Liquor ratio: 1:8 – 1:20
pH 4.5 – 7.5; Special for the Neutral condition like pH 6.0-7.0
TMP: 40- 60℃,50--55℃ is recommended
Treatment time 30 - 60 mins.
Enzyme Inactivation
All cellulase enzymes should be inactivated after the desired effect is obtained. Insufficient inactivation can result in extended exposure of the garment or fabric to active cellulase. This unintended exposure can cause undesirable strength loss.
Enzyme-3XL can be inactived by the following procedures. Hold the temperature ≥ 70℃ for 10 minutes.
Packaging Standard packaging is 30kg pail.
Storage To ensure extend shelf life, store Enzyme-3XL at 25℃ or below in a sealed container. Exposure of this product to elevated temperatures for prolonged periods of time may result in loss of activity.
Safety Enzyme Handing Inhalation of enzyme dust and mists should be avoided. In case of contact with skin or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least 15 minutes.
