DETER SAW-2 (AI) (Soaping agent for Reactive dyestuff)

Deter SAW-2(AI) is a powerful low-foaming type soaping agent whose main ingredients have been renovated by our long-term research on the essential function of soaping agent. It shows remarkable effects on soaping of reactive dyes, sulphur dyes and vat dyes in printing and dyeing process.
Properties:
Appearance : Clear~Light yellow liquid
PH (100%) : 7.5±1
Solid Content (%) : 42±1%
Ionic : Anionic
Solubility : Easily soluble in water
Features:
1. It has strong washing ability, and remove the floated dyes in Cotton fiber surface.
2. Good ability for preventing the stain in blank.
3. To increase washing color fastness of dyeing cloth.
4. After soaping completely, the color of dyeing-cloth is very bright.
Application:
Batch Process : Continuous process ：Printing process
DETER SAW-2(AI) : 1.0～3.0 g/l : 3.0～6.0 g/l ： 1.0～3.0 g/l
90 C x 15~20 min. 90 C x 15~20 min.
Packing and Storage:
Net 120 kg PE drum. Storage-time 6 months in cool and dry place.
