TOPWHITE KCB (Optical Brightener Agent, C.I. O.B.A. 367)

Properties:
Appearance: Yellowish green crystals powder
Structure: a compound of naphthalene-benzoxazole type
Melting Point: 210~212℃
Fluorescent tone: bluish bright white tone
Solubility: insoluble in water, but soluble in ordinary organic solvents

Applications:
KCB can be used for whitening and brightening plastic films, injection-molded materials, EVA foamed plastics and rubber products, and whitening coating and lacquer. It is similar to the products such as Hostalux KCB and Hoechst T1258 mad in foreign country.

Dosage:
Mix this whitening agent with the pellets to be whitened thoroughly and then carry out shaping. Generally, a dosage of 0.01~0.05% is recommended on weight of material to be whitened.
