Lever-440 is a leveling agent for wool and nylon (polyamide fiber) in acid dyes and milling dyes. Lever-440 can also use as stripping color agent.

pH(1%) : 9.0 ± 1
Solid content(%) : 99 ± 1 %
Ionic : nonionic/weak cationic
Solubility : Easily soluble in hot water

Characteristics:
1. Lever-440 has excellent retarding, leveling and transfer dyeing effect in acid dyes and milling dyes.
2. Lever-440 has excellent wetting effect in BEAM and PACKING dyeing machine.
3. Lever-440 can not only use as color-remanding agent but also use as stripping color agent in the alkali condition.

Application:
1. Lever-440 mix with acid dyes evenly before adding into the bath. The dosage is 0.3 ~ 0.5% o.w.f.
2. Color stripping agent
The dosage of Lever-440 is 0.5 ~ 0.75% o.w.f. and 1 ~ 2g/L ammonia in 80 ~ 98°C.

Packing and storage:
Net in 120 kg in PE drum or 200kg in drum. Storage time 6 months,
