3. APPLICATION:
WET-END WHITENING :
Under the consideration of convenience without masking the points, the acid whitening procedure can be simplified as follows :
For alkali paper making process:
3% pulp with fixed amount of fresh water and filler
→add OBA
→add Violet dyes
→add cationic starch
→add AKD
→dilute to 0.3%
→add retention aid
→adjust to pH 7.0~7.1 by alum.
→paper making process.
